How do I pair the remote with the Wireless Control socks?
The remote is included only with the Wireless Control model. Press and hold the remote button until it lights red. Then press and hold the battery power button until the red and blue lights flash, and press the remote button once. A red and green flash confirms pairing. Repeat for the other sock.
What temperatures do the heat settings reach?
Three heat settings: Low (113℉), Medium (122℉) and High (131℉).
How long does the battery last?
The 3500 mAh batteries provide up to 8 hours on Low, 5–6 hours on Medium and 3–4 hours on High. Very cold weather may shorten run time. Our heated gloves provide up to 6 hours of heat.
Are the batteries certified?
Yes. Our batteries are UL, CE and RoHS certified, with multi-layer protection against overheating and short circuits.
Can I wash my Wildler heated socks?
Yes. Remove the batteries first. Hand wash, or machine wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cold cycle. Do not wring out or dry clean. Air dry only.
