The remote is included only with the Wireless Control model. To pair it, press and hold the remote button until it lights red. Then press and hold the battery power button until the red and blue lights flash, and press the remote button once. A red and green flash confirms pairing. Repeat for the other sock if needed.

Yes. Please remove the batteries before washing. We recommend hand washing or machine washing in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle (cold water). Do not wring out or dry clean. Air dry only.

The 3500mAh batteries provide up to 8 hours on the Low setting, 5-6 hours on Medium, and 3-4 hours on High. Cold weather may slightly affect these durations.
