Wildler is dedicated to providing top-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If a product is determined to be defective and falls within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new item of the same or comparable style. Wildler does not offer repairs or refunds under this warranty policy.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Wildler. Once we confirm that the product is covered under warranty, we will provide a replacement and reimburse shipping costs for orders made through www.wildler.com.
To request a warranty replacement, please include the following information inside your return package:
- Original order number
- Current contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
- A brief description of the issue
Please note that any product found to have been altered, misused, or handled in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose will not be covered under this warranty.
